Follow-Up & Evaluation
We provide a comprehensive delegate follow-up service and offer feedback to clients on how the training went. Specifically:
- Delegates are encouraged to provide feedback on how well their objectives have been met and our Training Consultants can advise you if any further requirements are identified.
- Evaluations are collated and submitted to you for your records and review.
- Our Training Consultants provide you with feedback after every programme and consult with you to identify any further areas for development.
- A 6 month after care service is available offering at quarterly intervals to seek out a health check on the impact of the training as well as providing e-mail updates in between.
- A hotline number is provided so that urgent enquiries can be made to Impact Training Consultancy Ltd. with the promise that we will return all calls within 3 working days
- All courses are equality proofed in terms of design, delivery and subsequent evaluation.
- Any remedial points identified in evaluation sheets will be actioned within 7 working days or whatever the client requires.
- We can, on request, compile a more in-depth analysis drawn out from the evaluations, together with a follow-up workshop which usually takes place six months post-course. A full written report, assessing the impact of the complete programme on your organisation, will be provided for you.
